ABOUT ME
I'm a clinical social work therapist with13 years of experience in areas including life transitions, teens and families, divorce/relationships, hospice/grief, adult survivors of sexual trauma, and elder issues. My therapeutic style is warm, yet direct. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, teens and couples work through challenges either in office or online. Together we will work toward a clearer understanding of patternistic thoughts and behaviors.

EXPERIENCE
Feeling alone, overwhelmed and at a loss for how to feel better can be a normal response to life at times. Some areas I work with include life changes, depression, communication, relationship decisions, loss/grief, and family stress.
